Tioga County Department of Public Works will receive sealed Bids on October 2nd, 2026, at the Office of the Commissioner, 477 Route 96, Owego NY, up to and including 11:00 a.m., where bids will be publicly opened and read for the following project: Tioga County 103 Corporate Drive Public Safety Building Boiler Upgrade Project Owego, New York This is a locally funded project that includes retrofitting, replacing, and installing new boilers and strainers located at Tioga County Public Safety Building.
