The University of Oklahoma seeks a consulting firm to deliver comprehensive health‑benefits services covering its employee, retiree, and student health plans. The scope includes strategic planning, cost‑management analysis, data‑warehouse and reporting capabilities, pharmacy benefit management, and full support for the university’s internal RFP processes. The contractor must provide regular stakeholder communications, regulatory compliance guidance, and be ready to assist with benefit design changes, vendor negotiations, and integration with athletics and wellness programs. • Develop a 3‑5 year benefits strategic plan with cost‑containment initiatives for self‑funded medical, dental, and pharmacy plans. • Provide ongoing analytics, reporting, and data‑warehouse support for claims, utilization, reserve adequacy, and ACA/HIPAA compliance. • Conduct vendor assessments, rate‑setting negotiations, and manage RFPs for health‑plan carriers, PBMs, and third‑party administrators, including student‑health and athletics integration. • Deliver regular meetings, presentations, and communications to University leadership, Board of Regents, and faculty committees.
