Description
The State of North Dakota is issuing a statewide cooperative‑purchasing contract to acquire NDAA‑compliant unmanned aircraft systems (UAS), associated sensors, software, training, maintenance, repair, and technical support. The contract will support a multi‑year Drone Replacement Program and integration with the Vantis BVLOS network, covering a wide range of platform categories from small‑lift to heavy‑lift, VTOL, and indoor/educational systems. • Provide NDAA‑compliant UAS platforms (small, medium, heavy lift, aerial‑application, VTOL/fixed‑wing, indoor/educational) with modular sensor payloads (thermal, LiDAR, multispectral, etc.).
• Deliver full‑life‑cycle services: warranty, preventive maintenance, repair turnaround ≤ 30 business days, operator and maintenance training, 24×7 technical support, and integration with the State’s BVLOS network.
• Meet strict cybersecurity and supply‑chain requirements (Blue/Green list, FCC compliance, no prohibited foreign components) and furnish documentation for pre‑qualification if not already listed.
