IFB- KILEY- External Storage & Warehousing Services- FY27-29

The Illinois Department of Human Services is seeking a vendor to provide off-site dry storage services for the Ann M. Kiley Center. The contract will span from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029, with possible renewals. The vendor will be responsible for securely storing, handling, and delivering non-frozen and non-refrigerated food items utilized by the Nutrition Management Services Program. • The vendor must provide a BEP Utilization Plan and a VBP Utilization Plan as part of their bid. • The vendor must also submit a Vendor Disclosure or IPG Active Registered Vendor Disclosure. • The bid must include pricing for each line item, and the vendor must agree to the Standard Terms and Conditions. • The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor defects. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced responsive and responsible bidder.
