The City of Vallejo is seeking a qualified contractor to design, permit, supply, install, test, and commission a turnkey rooftop solar photovoltaic system at 225 Amador Street. The system must deliver a minimum of 10 kW DC and a maximum of 15 kW DC, with full warranties on modules, inverters, and workmanship. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price sealed bid, requiring a 10 % bid bond, 100 % performance and payment bonds, and extensive insurance coverage.
