The University of Arkansas – Fort Smith seeks a qualified vendor to operate its on‑site Student Counseling Center, delivering comprehensive mental‑health counseling services to eligible students. The contractor must staff a full‑time clinical counselor and support personnel, maintain all necessary equipment, provide up to eight counseling sessions per student per academic year, and manage reporting, insurance, and compliance requirements. • Provide in‑person counseling (≈ 37.5 hrs/week) plus limited tele‑health for weather‑related disruptions. • Deliver group counseling, educational programming, and participation in campus wellness initiatives. • Supply all staffing, licensing, insurance, equipment, and transition planning to begin services on 1 Jul 2025, with a contract term of up to four years (renewable to a total of seven years).
