City Pools - Opening, Closing, and Winterization ITB

The City of Scranton is seeking bids for the opening, closing, and winterization of city pools. The successful bidder will be responsible for performing tasks such as blowing out water lines, plugging filter baskets, removing splash elements, and adding chemicals to the pools. The contract term is for 1 year. • The scope of work includes winterization and opening of the pools • The contractor must have at least 5 years of experience in performing similar services • The contractor must provide proof of insurance and registration with the applicable federal, state, or local oversight body • The contractor must comply with all laws, ordinances, regulations, and codes of the federal, state, City, and other local government agencies • The contractor must provide a detailed cost sheet showing the hours, labor costs, expenses, and total cost for each task in the project
