The City of Eugene is seeking to establish a pool of qualified air service development consultants. The selected consultants will provide air services development consulting for the City of Eugene on a contractual and/or as-needed basis. The scope of work includes providing air service analysis, strategic planning, airline air service proposals, general air service consulting, air service marketing, airport financial services, and other related tasks. The City intends to review the qualifications of the providers within the pool and may enter into a contract with a pool participant when a need arises. The contract may include tasks such as air service analysis, strategic planning, airline air service proposals, general air service consulting, air service marketing, airport financial services, and other related tasks. Some key points to consider are: • The City is seeking consultants with at least four years of experience in airport air service development consulting. • The consultants must have expertise in air service analysis, planning, marketing, or other related airport financial consulting services. • The consultants must have previous experience working with airports or other public agencies. • The City may request additional information or documentation prior to making a decision for admittance to the pool and/or prior to issuing a contract. • The contract may include provisions for payment, performance, and termination. • The City reserves the right to reject any statement of qualification that does not comply with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements.
