Record Keeping and Actuarial Consulting Services - Price Proposal ONLY

The Washington County Board of County Commissioners is seeking a firm to provide record-keeping and actuarial consulting services for the county's retirement plan, length of service award program, and other post-employment benefits. The selected firm will be responsible for maintaining independent service and salary histories, providing annual employee statements, and performing actuarial valuations. The firm will also be expected to provide consulting services and make presentations to the county commissioners. • The retirement plan covers all regular full-time employees and elected officials, with approximately 802 participating employees and 521 retirees and non-active members. • The length of service award program provides retirement, disability, and line-of-duty death benefits to eligible volunteers, with approximately 1,120 participants and 279 receiving benefits. • The other post-employment benefits provide post-retirement health care benefits to employees who retire from the county, with 78 retirees currently receiving benefits.
