ON-CALL ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE SERVICES

The Pease Development Authority (PDA) is seeking a qualified electrical contractor to provide on‑call maintenance services across multiple PDA‑owned facilities, including the Pease International Tradeport, Portsmouth International Airport, Pease Golf Course, Skyhaven Airport, and Division of Ports and Harbors sites. Work will be performed on a project‑by‑project basis, with non‑emergency tasks requiring a “not‑to‑exceed” estimate and a Notice to Proceed, while emergency calls demand a 24/7 response with on‑site arrival within two hours. The contractor must be registered in New Hampshire, hold the appropriate electrical licenses, maintain comprehensive insurance, and meet stringent airport security requirements (SIDA badges, vehicle permits, radio communication, etc.). The contract is a three‑year on‑call agreement with possible one‑year extensions, and all pricing must be firm, all‑inclusive, and submitted as sealed bids. • Scope covers investigation, repair, modification, and expansion of electrical systems, including primary‑feed work when needed. • Services must comply with IBC, NEC, TSA/FAA regulations, wildlife protection (Upland Sandpiper) and FOD management. • Contractor must provide two project managers continuously badged for airport access, maintain 360° amber flashing vehicle lights, and carry required security badges and permits. • Bids must be sealed, include original + two copies, and be submitted by 2:00 PM on 17 July 2025. • Payment is Net‑30 on firm, all‑inclusive rates; contract may extend up to five years total.
