Intent to Sole Source - Restricted Area Badge (RAB) System - Eielson AFB, AK

The US Air Force is seeking a sole-source provider for a Restricted Area Badge (RAB) system at Eielson AFB, AK. The system must be a standalone, commercially available off-the-shelf (COTS) solution that can design, print, issue, and manage secure identification badges. The badges must display various information such as full-color photo, employee name, rank/grade, unit, expiration date, and more. The system must incorporate security features to prevent unauthorized badge duplication and maintain a database of personnel and their associated Single Restricted Area authorizations.
