Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source - Trumpet EC Insecticide

The US Air Force intends to award a single source contract to ADAPCO, LLC for the procurement of Trumpet EC Insecticide. The contract is for a minimum quantity of six 30-Gal. drums and a maximum of nine 30-Gal. drums, with a required delivery date of on or before 1 Jun 2026. The reason for the sole source award is that ADAPCO, LLC is the only manufacturer and distributor of Trumpet EC insecticide. • The contract is a firm-fixed-price purchase order. • The required delivery date is on or before 1 Jun 2026. • ADAPCO, LLC is the only vendor capable of fulfilling the current requirement. • Responsible sources may submit a quotation that shall be considered by the agency.
