F108-- Hazardous Waste Disposal and Emergency Response Spills

This Sources Sought notice seeks market research from qualified firms capable of providing comprehensive hazardous waste removal and 24/7 emergency spill response services for the Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS) across multiple California sites. The contract will be an Indefinite‑Delivery, Indefinite‑Quantity (IDIQ) vehicle with a base period of one year (Feb 15 2027 – Feb 14 2028) and up to four one‑year options, for a total potential performance of five years. Contractors must supply all labor, equipment, permits, transportation, containers, labeling, manifesting, and reporting, and must be able to respond to spill incidents within two hours, maintain a two‑person crew on standby, and comply with EPA, OSHA, DOT, California DTSC, and VA regulations.
