Description
The Township of Toms River is seeking sealed bids for the supply of grass seed, fertilizer, herbicides, fungicides, insecticides, infield mix, top dressing, and bunker sand for the Bey Lea Municipal Golf Course. The contract shall commence on March 11, 2025, for a period of twelve consecutive months, with the option to extend for one additional year. The Township reserves the right to award this contract in whole or in part, based on the lowest price per item.
• The bidder shall provide all necessary materials and services as specified in the bid document.
• The bidder shall deliver the materials to the specified location within ten business days of receipt of a purchase order.
• The bidder shall provide Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all products containing hazardous materials.
• The bidder shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental protection and equal employment opportunity.
