Bid Extension: CHS Telepsychiatry Services

This opportunity seeks qualified psychiatrists (or groups) to deliver overnight tele‑psychiatry services for NYC’s correctional facilities. Providers will conduct remote assessments, medication management, and crisis consultations between 11 PM – 6 AM EST, 365 days a year, using the agency‑provided VPN and Webex platform while documenting directly in the CHS EMR. The contract is expected to run for three years with two optional one‑year extensions, and vendors must submit an all‑inclusive hourly rate and a completed Vendor Security Requirements Checklist. • Scope: 4‑6 inmate assessments per overnight shift, medication prescribing/renewals, crisis evaluation, and documentation in Fusion/Centricity EMR. • Requirements: Board‑certified psychiatrists with NY licensure, own secure broadband & computer, ability to work the overnight shift, compliance with NYC H+H security standards (TLS 1.2+, AES‑256, 24‑hour breach notification). • Procurement: RFI only (no award guaranteed); response due 7 July 2026 via Google Forms; three client references required; hourly rate only cost submission.
