142nd Child Care ARNG

The US Army is seeking a contractor to provide childcare services for an event on February 8th, 2026, at Fort Chaffee, Fort Smith, Arkansas, or within a 15-mile radius. The contractor will be responsible for providing childcare services for approximately 50 children aged 0-5. The contractor must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to food allergies and background checks. The government will evaluate offers based on price, past performance, menu variety, and the ability to increase or decrease quantities without penalty. • The contractor must provide a menu of snacks that adhere to food allergy regulations. • The contractor must provide emergency contact information, allergy information, and any special needs a child may have. • The contractor is responsible for background checks for all staff. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance and general liability upon notice of award.
