Dorm Microwaves

The Department of the Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform the work required for the removal and replacement of 300 microwaves in the dorms. The contractor must deliver, install, and remove the microwaves. The place of delivery, performance, acceptance, and FOB point is Minot AFB, ND 58705. The contractor must submit quotes via email to the point of contact and contracting officer by the established deadline. The government intends to make an award based on initial quotations, without conducting post-submittal inquiries. • The contractor must provide product literature and clear photographs for each unique item to demonstrate technical compliance. • The government will evaluate quotes based on technical capability, price, and past performance. • The contractor must be a small business concern with no more than 1,500 employees. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
