Pre-Solicitation Notice Of Intent To Sole Source PAUT Training

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price purchase order to Lavender International Non-destructive testing USA, LLC for Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) Level II technical training. The training will be provided for 12 individuals at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division. The curriculum must be identical to the training currently utilized by NAVSEA Public Shipyards. • The training will consist of 80 hours of dedicated, on-site PAUT Level II technical training. • The curriculum must be compatible with the Navy's standardized shipyard PAUT curriculum. • The contractor must provide a curriculum identical to the training currently utilized by NAVSEA Public Shipyards. • The training will be provided at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division.
