B21-172 Wastewater Treatment Plant - Part I HVAC Renovations & Part II Boiler

The Town of Derry is seeking bids for two separate contracts to modernize the HVAC systems at its wastewater treatment plant. Part I covers air‑conditioning upgrades, including the installation of a ductless unit for the laboratory and full plant AC work; Part II covers boiler and related heating system renovations, with required coordination for an underground LP‑gas tank installation.
