SEPTA is seeking an authorized AWS Direct Connect provider to deliver a dedicated, symmetric, full‑duplex Metro Ethernet circuit (up to 10 Gbps) from its data center at 1234 Market St., Philadelphia to an AWS Direct Connect location in Philadelphia or Northern Virginia serving the us‑east‑1 or us‑east‑2 regions. The contract is a three‑year fixed‑term, electronic‑only sealed‑bid procurement with no pre‑bid conference. Bidders must remain firm on price for ninety days after opening and must comply with federal civil‑rights, EEO, and Executive Order 12549 requirements.
