Description
The City of Ketchikan is seeking contractors to rehabilitate the Tongass, Front, and Stedman sewer force main systems. The scope includes removal of existing pipelines, installation of new force main piping, and associated testing and commissioning to restore reliable wastewater conveyance.
• Replaces aging force main infrastructure in the Tongass, Front, and Stedman areas.
• Requires excavation, pipe removal, and installation of new force main pipes meeting current standards.
• Includes pressure testing, system backfill, and final certification of the upgraded sewer system.
