WRAIR Diagnostic Test Kits

The U.S. Embassy Tbilisi is seeking quotations for the supply of diagnostic test kits for various diseases, including Borrelia, TBE, Hantavirus, and others. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, insurance, storage, overhead, profit, and transportation to deliver the diagnostic test kits to the WRAIR Richard Lugar Center in Tbilisi, Georgia. The contract type will be a fixed-price contract, and the price listed shall include all costs. The Government reserves the right to reject proposals that are unreasonably low or high in price. The lowest price will be determined by multiplying the offered prices times the estimated quantities and arriving at a grand total.
