Industrial Gases for National Soil Survey Center (NSSC) – Kellogg Soil Survey Laboratory (KSSL)

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a reliable supplier of industrial gases to support the daily operations of the National Soil Survey Center (NSSC) – Kellogg Soil Survey Laboratory (KSSL). The contractor will be responsible for delivering gas cylinders and dewars to specific locations within the KSSL. The contract will be for a base year with four possible option years. The USDA is looking for a firm that can provide a stable supply of compressed and liquified gases. The contractor must have experience in delivering industrial gases and must be able to meet the technical requirements outlined in the solicitation. • The contractor must provide a technical narrative that describes their experience and plans for executing the work, including resources and personnel available to complete the requirement. • The contractor must provide past performance information, including three references from similar scoped projects. • The contractor must complete the priced line items on the price schedule. • The contractor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award.
