Golf Course Management

The City of Tulsa is seeking a qualified operator to provide full‑service management of its two municipal 18‑hole golf courses (Page Belcher and Mohawk). The operator will be responsible for all golf‑operations, clubhouse and course maintenance, food‑service, instruction programs, marketing, community outreach, and execution of capital‑improvement projects, while meeting strict performance‑bond, insurance, and staffing requirements. The contract is a five‑year term with an optional five‑year renewal at the City’s discretion, and the award is scheduled for early November 2024. • Manage day‑to‑day golf operations, pro‑shop, food‑and‑beverage, tournaments, and instruction. • Provide a PGA/LPGA Class “A” professional (≥ 40 hrs/week) and a Certified Food‑Safety Manager, plus required staff. • Execute capital‑improvement projects (up to $10 M total) and submit ongoing financial and performance reports.
