Lake Windsor Stormwater Force Main Relocation

The City of Deltona is seeking a contractor to construct and relocate a stormwater force main along Courtland Boulevard and Belkton Court. The project includes installing approximately 5,170 linear feet of 12‑inch HDPE pipe, performing horizontal directional drilling and open‑cut work, abandoning existing 8‑inch force main, adjusting potable water lines, coordinating utility relocations, and restoring roadway, sidewalk, and driveway surfaces. Additional tasks involve pavement milling, resurfacing, sodding, erosion control, and maintaining traffic flow throughout construction. • Install 5,170 ft of 12‑in HDPE stormwater force main (incl. HDD & open‑cut). • Abandon ~6,055 ft of existing 8‑in force main and adjust water utilities. • Provide full site restoration: milling, resurfacing, sodding, erosion control, and traffic management.
