Electrical Services and Supplies

The supplier will be responsible for providing a wide range of electrical supplies, including switches, ballast, lamps, cables, tools, and fittings. The University is looking for a supplier that can provide cost-effective and efficient service, including just-in-time delivery and billing. The supplier will also be required to provide technical assistance and warranty services. • The University intends to consolidate purchases for comprehensive electrical supplies to the fewest possible suppliers. • The successful supplier will provide quick, efficient delivery of all items included through the contract. • The supplier will be responsible for ensuring that materials are always in stock and available. • The University reserves the right to purchase from alternative sources if the supplier is unable to meet the University's needs. • The supplier will be required to provide a "line sheet" for review. • The supplier will be required to discuss policies for return stock and restocking charges.
