Budget estimate

$1,800,000 – $4,800,000

The contract covers the provision of all commissary food and beverage items for a secure treatment center over a five‑year period. Assuming an average monthly spend of $30,000–$80,000 on commissary supplies (typical for a medium‑size residential facility), the total contract value would range roughly between $1,800,000 and $4,800,000 over the full term. Therefore, the expected budget to the winning vendor is estimated in the low‑single‑million to high‑single‑million dollar range. Factors influencing the final amount include the volume of residents, the variety of items required, and any price‑adjustment clauses built into the agreement.
