Job No. 26-03, Pua Loke SCADA RTU-PLC Replacement

The Department of Water, County of Kauai, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide maintenance services for the Pua Loke SCADA RTU-PLC Replacement project. The project involves updating the existing PLC units at 19 RTUs, furnishing materials and spare parts, creating library logic for new programming, and performing onsite installation and commissioning of the control system. The selected vendor will be required to provide a detailed proposal, including their experience, capabilities, and cost proposal. The contract period will be for 365 calendar days after written notice has been given to the contractor to commence work. * Key aspects of the project: * Updating control panel drawings for each site * Furnishing materials and spare parts, including SCADAPacks, IO modules, power supplies, and adapter cables * Creating library logic for new programming * Performing onsite installation and commissioning of the control system * Providing training and as-built documentation * Ensuring minimal disruption to service for customers
