Gavins Point Project Refuse Collection and Removal

The US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a contractor to provide refuse collection and removal services at the Gavins Point Project in Nebraska. The contract will be for a base year of 12 months, with four option years. The contractor will be responsible for supplying garbage dumpster bins, collecting refuse, and disposing of it off government property. The government is looking for a small business to perform this service. • The contract is a fixed-price, performance-based service contract. • The contractor must supply garbage dumpster bins and collect refuse in both operations areas and public recreation areas. • The contractor must dispose of refuse in an approved location, in compliance with the performance work statement and all contract requirements. • The period of performance is from the date of award to 31 March 2031. • The government will evaluate offers based on price. • The contract includes provisions for insurance, state and local taxes, and compliance with federal regulations.
