RFB - New or Nearly New Automated Bedknife Grinder

NOTICE TO BIDDERS The City of Galesburg, Illinois, hereby invites sealed bids for the purchase of a new or nearly new automated bedknife grinder to be utilized by the Golf Division. Bids will be received until 11:00 a.m., local time, November 19, 2025, at the office of the Purchasing Agent located in City Hall, 55 West Tompkins Street, Galesburg, IL 61401; and at that time, publicly opened and read aloud in the Basement Conference Room, located in City Hall. Bid documents are available at the office of the Purchasing Agent or by visiting the purchasing page on the City of Galesburg website at www.ci.galesburg.il.us. The right is reserved to accept any bid or any part or parts thereof or to reject any and all bids. Vendors will be required to comply with all applicable EEO laws and regulations. Resolution No. 90-74 requires compliance with the Human Relations Act and all pertinent federal and state rules and regulations.
