Street Improvement District No. 598

The City of Bismarck is seeking bids for the construction of Street Improvement District No. 598. The project includes the construction of storm sewer, asphaltic concrete pavement, and related items. The work shall consist of approximately 8 storm manholes, 11 inlets, 2,200 LF of storm sewer, 2,700 CY of blended base, 7,200 LF of curb and gutter, 3,800 tons of AC Superpave, and related items. The project has an interim completion date of 9/11/26, a substantial completion date of 7/2/27, and a final completion date of 7/30/27. * The bid documents are available for download from www.QuestCDN.com for a $22.00 payment. * A separate $42.00 payment is required for electronic bidding. * The contractor shall upload a copy of his license or renewal thereof, and a bidder’s bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. * The contractor shall execute the contract within ten days of receipt of the notice of award.
