USFS, Fenn Ranger Station Janitorial Services - Kooskia ID

The USDA Forest Service is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for the Fenn Ranger Station in Kooskia, Idaho. The contractor will be responsible for providing all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that janitorial services are performed at Government-owned facilities in a manner that will maintain satisfactory facility conditions and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. The contract will consist of a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods, with a total duration of five years and six months. The contractor will be required to provide services for seven Government-owned facilities, including administrative offices, a visitor center, and a cookhouse. The contractor will also be required to provide bi-annual janitorial services for two additional facilities. • The contractor must have experience in providing janitorial services for similar facilities. • The contractor must have a plan in place for managing the 3/4-mile distance between the Fenn Ranger Station and the Cedar Flats Dormitory. • The contractor must have a quality control plan in place to ensure that all services are performed to a high standard. • The contractor must be able to provide all necessary equipment and supplies. • The contractor must be able to provide services during the standard window of 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., Monday through Friday, except for Federal holidays.
