Claims Analysis and Ancillary Services

The City of Portland is seeking a vendor to provide Claims Analysis and Ancillary Services. The scope of work includes claims analysis, construction management services, construction consulting, arbitration, mediation, and alternative dispute resolution services, and cost estimating. The vendor will be required to provide these services as needed by the City.
