Description
The Alaska Department of Fish and Game (ADF&G) is seeking bids from qualified bidders for harvesting and purchasing golden king crab from the Eastern Aleutian Islands to achieve ADF&G's revenue goal of $500,000 for the Aleutian Islands crab observer and research programs. Bids will be taken based on price per pound of live crab to achieve the revenue goal of $500,000. The bid will be awarded to the highest responsive and responsible bidder.
• The bidder must have a valid Alaska business license or obtain one prior to award of any contract resulting from this ITB.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• The bidder must provide all necessary equipment, personnel, and services to complete the project.
• The bidder must ensure that all work is performed in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
• The bidder must comply with all terms and conditions of the ITB, including the scope of work, contract term, and payment terms.
