Light Tailwheel Training

The Oklahoma Air National Guard (OKANG) is seeking vendors to provide comprehensive tailwheel flight training services. The training should lead to the successful acquisition of a tailwheel endorsement in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations. The contract will be a firm fixed price agreement, and the period of performance is from 01 Apr 2026 to 31 Dec 2028. • The vendor should provide training that meets FAA regulatory standards and commercially acceptable terms. • The vendor should have experience in providing similar training services. • The vendor should have the necessary equipment and facilities to provide the training. • The vendor should have a plan for providing the training, including a schedule and pricing. • The vendor should have a plan for evaluating student progress and providing feedback.
