Virtual Payment Solution for Clinical Research Participants and Related Services

The University of Texas System Supply Chain Alliance, on behalf of the MD Anderson Cancer Center, is seeking one or more preferred suppliers to deliver a virtual payment platform that will enable secure, efficient disbursement of study payments to clinical research participants and provide related support services. The solution must integrate with existing research payment workflows, comply with federal and state privacy and security regulations, support multiple payment methods (e‑check, prepaid cards, digital wallets), and offer reporting dashboards for audit and financial tracking. Proposals are to be submitted electronically through the Jaggaer e‑Sourcing system by October 9, 2026.
