Truck Mounted Brooms

The Idaho Transportation Department (District 3) is seeking quotations for two (2) truck‑mounted street‑sweeper brooms to be delivered, installed (onto ITD‑provided trucks and hydraulic systems), and warranted for two years. The brooms must meet detailed mechanical and hydraulic specifications, be fully assembled, and shipped FOB Destination within 120 days of order receipt. The award will go to the lowest total‑cost responsive vendor, and the contractor must provide a minimum two‑year warranty covering parts, labor, travel and freight, with repairs completed within 14 days of notification. • Quantity: 2 fully‑assembled truck‑mounted brooms (10 ft, orange, compatible with Class 7/8 chassis and existing snow‑plow harness). • Delivery window: ≤ 120 calendar days after order receipt; deliveries Monday‑Thursday 8 am‑4 pm, excluding Idaho state holidays. • Warranty: Minimum 2 years, parts + labor + travel + freight; repair turnaround ≤ 14 days. • Evaluation: Lowest fully‑burdened total cost (FOB Destination, all costs included). • Mandatory submittals: Completed price sheet (Attachment 3), technical specifications, insurance certificates, and signature page via IPRO.
