Budget estimate

$500,000 – $2,000,000

Based on the scope of work and the fact that it's a firm-fixed-price blanket purchase agreement, the estimated budget for this project could be in the range of $500,000 to $2 million. This estimate is based on the assumption that the contractor will be responsible for planning and executing multiple events and outreach activities, and will need to provide a comprehensive plan of action, including a proposed portfolio of events and outreach activities. The actual budget will depend on the specific services provided and the prices negotiated with the contractor. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the number and type of events, the size and complexity of the events, and the level of expertise and resources required to plan and execute the events.
