Fuel: #2 Diesel ULS, LP, Diesel & Gasoline

The Rockingham County Facilities Operations department in Brentwood, New Hampshire, is soliciting proposals for a fuel supply contract. The contract will be for a minimum of one year, starting on April 1, 2026. The county is seeking a supplier to provide various types of fuel, including: * #2 Diesel ULS * LP (propane) * Diesel * Gasoline (unleaded, 89 octane minimum) The estimated quantities of fuel used by the county are: * 15,000 gallons of #2 ULS fuel per year * 4,000 gallons of diesel fuel per year * 46,000 gallons of #2 ULS fuel per year for the nursing home boilers * Gasoline (various quantities) The proposal should include the following: * Itemized pricing for each type of fuel * Payment terms (including acceptance of credit card payments) * Tank locations and sizes (provided in the RFP document) * Insurance certificates (including professional liability, workers' compensation, comprehensive general liability, and motor vehicle insurance) The proposal submission deadline is February 19, 2026, at 7:30 a.m. Eastern Time. Proposals can be submitted in hard copy, via email, or online through the Public Purchase platform. The county reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, and the contract will be awarded based on the best interest of the county. The contract will include non-appropriation and indemnification clauses, and the supplier will be required to maintain insurance coverage throughout the duration of the contract. The proposal should be submitted with the attached bid forms, and any modifications to the specifications must be approved by the Board of Rockingham County Commissioners.
