DLA Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) FY2026

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is conducting a commercial solutions opening (CSO) to solicit solution briefs for various areas of interest, including decision analytics, operational planning, and predictive and probabilistic AI modeling. The agency is seeking solutions that can improve access to and interaction with critical operational data, supporting proactive decision making and mission readiness. The solution briefs should include a rough order of magnitude (ROM) estimate for the project expectations. The DLA will evaluate the solution briefs based on factors such as possibility of funding, technical feasibility, responsiveness, viability, and desirability. • The solution should provide secure access to classified and operational data. • The solution should be compatible and integrated with the existing Gemini-AI LLM. • The solution should include predictive and probabilistic analytics and modeling to anticipate issues. • The solution should provide near real-time access and processing of information. • The solution should be able to unify data from dozens of systems into a clear picture. • The solution should have transparent and explainable AI outputs to support decision-making. • The solution should be scalable for use across the agency.
