Offutt AFB FY26 Air Show: TBM Avenger for Static Display

The 55th Contracting Squadron is seeking a contractor to provide a TBM Avenger aircraft for static display at the 2026 Offutt Air Force Base "Defenders of Freedom" Air and Space Show. The show will be held on August 8-9, 2026. The contractor will be responsible for providing the aircraft, personnel, equipment, and services necessary for the display. The government will provide fuel, hangar space, lodging, ground transportation, and meals for the performer. • The contractor must meet all FAA guidelines and certification requirements for the aircraft and aircrew. • The aircraft paint scheme must comply with Approved Warbird guidance outlined in AFI 10-1004. • The contractor must provide a digital press/media kit and a video in HD format. • The contractor must be available for interviews with the media before and during the show. • The contractor must provide a Civil Aircraft Certificate of insurance, Civil Aircraft Landing Permit, and Civil Aircraft Hold Harmless Agreement.
