Bloomberg Terminals and Anywhere licenses

The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) intends to award a sole source contract to Bloomberg Finance L.P. for the provision of Bloomberg Desktop Terminals, Bloomberg Anywhere licenses, and an associated Bloomberg Data Transfer license. The contract is for a base period of one year with four one-year options. The contractor will provide comprehensive financial data and analytical tools to support FHFA's in-depth financial analysis of the Federal Home Loan Banks' asset and liability positions. The key services include monitoring changes in yield curves, index rates, interest rate volatility, and the terms of FHLB investment securities and outstanding debt, as well as obtaining security prices/yields/spreads from the rates and dollar funding markets. • The contractor will provide six Bloomberg Desktop Terminals and fourteen Bloomberg Anywhere licenses. • The contractor will provide a Data Usage License to enable the transfer of financial data from Bloomberg to FHFA's PolyPaths' desktop system. • The contractor will provide 24/7 support representatives for any analytical or technical issue via instant message or through Bloomberg's support line. • The contractor will provide training on advanced analytical, trading, and screening features.
