RS Kerr and WD Mayo Herbicide, signs and Gabions

The US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a contractor to apply herbicide to control vegetation at various locations, including W.D. Mayo Lock and Dam 14, Robert S. Kerr Lock and Dam 15, and other sites. The contractor will also be responsible for installing signs and gabions.
