The Little Rock Workforce Development Board (LRWDB) seeks a qualified consultant or facilitator to provide outreach and communications support for its Workforce (WIOA) Programs, with a budget of up to $20,000 for the upcoming fiscal year. The work includes creating reports, documents, facilitation plans, updating the agency website, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
