Budget estimate

$30,000 – $80,000

Based on typical overhead‑door retrofit projects for municipal fire stations, the contract value is likely in the range of $30 K to $80 K. Factors influencing the estimate include the number of doors, extent of structural modifications, required safety and fire‑rating upgrades, and the inclusion of labor, materials, permits, bonds, and insurance. Smaller stations with fewer doors may be nearer the low end, while stations requiring extensive custom hardware or electrical integration could approach the high end.
