2461 Supplemental Transportation

The South Kingstown School Department is seeking a supplemental provider for athletic transportation services on an as-needed basis. The provider will be required to perform the following responsibilities: provide safe and reliable bus service, provide transportation to and from competitions, provide services Monday through Sunday at varied times, and provide services using 13, 14, 35, or 57 passenger vehicles. The contract term is from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2027. Proposals need to be submitted for the total price per bus, including all costs, less taxes. Key considerations for the proposal include safety, reliability, and price. • Provide safe and reliable bus service for the South Kingstown School District Athletic Teams/Other Programs. • Provide transportation to and from competition or one-way transportation depending on the circumstances. • Provide services Monday through Sunday at varied times. • Provide services that consist of 13, 14, 35, or 57 passenger vehicles.
