The City of Charleston is seeking a vendor to provide TESCO Battery Backup Systems. The selected vendor will be required to provide a minimum of 5 systems per year, with the option for the City to purchase additional systems as needed. The contract will be for an initial term of one year, with the option for the City to extend the contract for up to four additional one-year periods. The vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, materials, and labor to complete the work. The City reserves the right to inspect the vendor's physical premises prior to award to satisfy questions regarding the vendor's capabilities.
