Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program (YRRP) Event Planning Services (EPS)

The United States Air Force is seeking event planning services for the Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program. The contractor will be responsible for planning and executing three-day events, including venue selection, meeting room and space management, lodging, food and beverage services, childcare and youth services, audio and visual services, and logistics support. The contractor will also be required to provide monthly status reports and participate in a post-award meeting. The events will be held at various locations within the contiguous United States and/or U.S. overseas locations. • The contractor must have experience in event planning and management • The contractor must be able to provide all necessary services, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual equipment • The contractor must be able to provide childcare services for children and youth from newborn to 17 years old • The contractor must be able to provide monthly status reports and participate in a post-award meeting • The contractor must be able to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to trafficking in persons and fire protection and prevention.
