Baltimore County is seeking a courier service to pick up items from M&T Bank and deliver them to the Tax Payer Service in Towson, MD. The service will be required Monday through Friday, excluding County holidays. The contractor will be required to provide proof of insurance and meet certain qualifications, including being a well-established firm with at least five years of experience in the messenger/courier service field.
