• Full X‑ray imaging suite (tube, generator, collimator, table, wall stand, dual‑panel detectors, control software)
• Must meet ND DEQ radiological health rules and HIPAA‑compliant image transmission requirements
• Vendor must be registered in NDBuys and approved by ND DEQ as a radiographic installer
• Total contract value quoted at $174,900; vendor to provide cost breakdown, installation cut‑sheet, and confirmation of DEQ registration
• Installation and testing must be completed by October 1, 2027 to support the opening of HRCC
